To ensure the effectiveness and coherence of our activities with the requirements of international accreditation standards the IFTA AG maintains a documented quality management system that is consistent with the relevant provisions and the nature, range and volume of work performed.

The IFTA AG is an independent and neutral certification body and acts according to the principles of impartiality. This means that we perform all Zertifizierungstätigkei th objective and free from any conflict of interest. The IFTA AG provides its certification expertise all applicants independent and under the same loading conditions available. For inquiries and orders will be strictly ensured that all interested customers can use the services of IFTA AG claimed if the industry expertise exists. The handling of inquiries and orders will always follow the same procedure; while it does not matter what size a company or organizations which it belongs. Costs are calculated according to company-specific criteria according to the Fee Regulation of IFTA AG.

To safeguard the objectivity certification of a management system, Pro-domestic product, process or service is carried out in two steps: the audit or examina-tion by auditors and the subsequent review and certification by at least one other member of the IFTA AG. • Activities of a certification body, together with activities of an advisory organization for management systems
• Certification of products, processes or services that it develops, manufactures, provides, implements, operates and maintains on.

In addition, no audits are outsourced to consulting organizations for management systems.

In the IFTA AG is a supervisory body, the Board of Trustees on the CA (KIC), established that supports the Board in the development of basic rules of impartiality, perceives monitoring function in relation to the permanent, objective provision of certification activities and on issues of public representation particularly advises on neutrality, openness and equal treatment of all customers. It is made up of stakeholders in the sectors and areas where the IFTA AG is acting as a certification body. Within the Gre-miums is no dominance of special interests. The committee meets annually, and shall once a year an internal audit to verify the impartiality in the office of IFTA AG through.

The handling of complaints, appeals and disputes relative to the through-guidance of the certification procedure carried out according to a fixed schedule. There wer-to both written and oral complaints recorded in the Secretariat and then immediately submitted to the Board of IFTA AG. The board decides how to proceed in concrete complaint case to clarify the facts and to identify the position of the IFTA AG to appeal subject. The position is optionally communicated to the complainant in writing without delay corrective action. The Executive Board of IFTA AG informed the KIZ in such cases short notice about the complaint case. Can not be enclosed with the complaint case, the certification agreement, the procedure according to the arbitration agreement.
