I. Information about the processing of your data in accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

2. Data processed for the provision of the website and the creation of log files
a. Which data is processed for which purpose?
Each time the website content is accessed, data is temporarily stored that may allow identification. The following data is collected in this process:
- Date and time of access
- IP address
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Website from which the website was accessed
- Websites accessed via the website
- Visited page on our website
- Message indicating whether the retrieval was successful
- Amount of data transferred
- Information about the browser type and version used
- Operating system
The temporary storage of the data is necessary for the operation of a website visit in order to enable the delivery of the website. Further storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website and the security of the information technology systems. Our legitimate interest in data processing lies in these purposes.
b. On what legal basis is this data processed?
The data is processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
c. Are there any recipients of the personal data besides the responsible party?
The website is hosted by STRATO GmbH As the hosting provider, STRATO GmbH processes the data listed above on behalf of the data controller.
d. How long are the data stored?
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of providing the website, this applies when the respective session ends.
The log files are stored in a way that is directly and exclusively accessible to administrators.
Afterwards, they are only indirectly available through the restoration of backup tapes and are permanently deleted after 7 day.
3. Data Subject Rights
a. Right of Access
You have the right to request information about your personal data that we process in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR.
b. Right to Object
You have the right to object for specific reasons (see Section II).
c. Right to Rectification
If the information concerning you is inaccurate or no longer up to date, you have the right to request correction in accordance with Article 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you may request completion.
d. Right to Erasure
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under Article 17 GDPR.
e. Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under Article 18 GDPR.
f. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority of your choice in accordance with Article 77(1) GDPR.

g. Right to Data Portability
If the conditions of Article 20(1) GDPR are met, you have the right to receive the personal data we process automatically based on your consent or the fulfillment of a contract, and to transfer this data to yourself or a third party.
The collection of data for providing the website and the storage of log files are strictly necessary for the operation of the website. Therefore, they are not based on consent according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or on a contract according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, but are justified under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. As a result, the conditions of Article 20(1) GDPR are not fulfilled in this regard.
II. Right to Object pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data controller will then no longer process your personal data unless they can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
The collection of data for providing the website and the storage of log files are strictly necessary for the operation of the website.
III. Use of Google Maps
